Course Description and Objective
|
1. 瞭解急重症護理照護之基本概念、疾病嚴重度指標。
2. 及急診之檢傷分類情形。
3. 瞭解急重症常見之倫理、法律議題。
4. 了解血液動力監測之意義與護理。
5. 能判讀動脈血液氣體分析，並說出異常之處置。
6. 瞭解急重症病患呼吸道照護及呼吸器輔助治療及戒斷護理。
7. 瞭解急救處置之基本知識與護理及ACLS現況與臨床應用。
8. 認識重症單位感染管制。
9. 能瞭解重症病患因疾病產生之生理、心理、相關問題及其需求與照護。

Up on completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. To understand Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, APACHE II scores, and triage.
2. To understand ethical dilemmas of nursing staff in ICU.
3. To understand hemodynamics monitoring.
4. To interpret and manage arterial blood gas results.
5. To understand airway care, ventilator-assisted therapy and weaning care in critical patients.
6. To understand and apply basic life support and advanced cardiac life support in clinical.
7. To understand nosocomial infection control in ICU.
8. 8.To understand the needs and nursing care in patients with ill-related physiological, psychological and other associated problems.
