我是5N210的王郁琦，座號是28號，我的生日是95/11/12，我出生在一個平凡的家庭，從小個性就十分開朗活潑，遇到困難時都秉持正向的態度去面對，此外對於各種事務會努力且積極的面對，我的反應速度快，動手實作的能力也較強，希望這些能力能為自己的課業帶來助益。我十分喜歡團體生活，因為我認為在團隊合作中，和同伴一起完成的每一件事都可以帶給我許多助益，也可以增進自己的能力。
我的日常興趣是聽歌、運動等等，聽歌時可以讓我的心靜下來和放鬆，運動時可以調適自己的身心靈。
因為從小就很喜歡運動，運動神經也比較發達，讓我擁有良好的體力，在國中小時參加許多的運動社團，像躲避球、曲棍球、田徑等等，印象最深的是曲棍球，因為我們代表學校出去比賽都得到不錯的名次，它也是我待過最久的社團（雖然在我畢業後就解散了）
多元的社團經驗讓我學到許多不同的知識，增長了不同領域的能力。
在國中會考的成績雖然不盡理想，但我期許自己能在接下來五年中，盡我所能將護理的課業顧好，努力去克服碰到的各種難題，並用心去增進自己的能力，希望能考取到證照，在五年後考到好二技，並在這五年的時光中去摸索自己想從事的職業，認真努力的朝未來邁進。

My daily interests are listening to songs, exercising, etc. Listening to songs can make my mind calm and relax, and I can adjust my body and mind when exercising.
Because I like sports very much since I was a child, and my motor nerves are relatively developed, which gives me good physical strength. I participated in many sports clubs when I was a child in middle school, such as dodgeball, hockey, track and field, etc. The most impressive is hockey, because we went out on behalf of the school. They got good places in the competitions, and it's also the longest club I've been in (although it disbanded after I graduated)
