我叫王萱凰，今年17歲，曾經在日南國中就讀，現在在仁德醫專就讀護理科，個性比較外向活潑，跟誰都愛聊，曾經在高一的時候當任副班長與國防小老師共同準備軍歌比賽，與相關同學一起討論，再帶領其他同學一起練習，那時候練習時也曾遇到瓶頸，有些同學因為累了不太願意繼續練習，因為是第一次擔任重要一些的角色，也不知道該怎麼辦，只會強制性的要求同學繼續練習，從那件事情過後我就學到不是每個人的步調都與我能夠一樣，大家只是在調整自己跟上我們的步調，與自己平時步調不同，當然會累，應該要適當的休息，而不是一直練習一直想做到最好，最後改變了練習的方式，大家也逐漸願意共同練習了，最後在大家的努力下，軍歌比賽獲得了好名次，拿到了許多獎品，大家也都很開心，我逐漸知道該怎麼成為一位好的領導者，也可以從很多同學身上學到怎麼更好的帶領大家向前走。

My name is Wang Xuanhuang. I am 17 years old. I used to study in Nichinan Junior High School and now I am studying nursing at Rende Medical College. I have a more outgoing and lively personality and like to chat with everyone. I used to be the deputy squad leader and the national defense department when I was a freshman in high school. The primary school teachers jointly prepared for the military song competition, discussed with relevant students, and then led other students to practice together. At that time, they also encountered bottlenecks during practice. Some students were reluctant to continue practicing because they were tired, because it was the first time they held an important position. I didn’t know what to do in my role. I would only force my classmates to continue practicing. After that incident, I learned that not everyone’s pace is the same as mine. Everyone is just adjusting themselves to keep up with our pace. Different from your usual pace, of course you will be tired, and you should take a proper rest instead of practicing all the time and trying to do your best. Finally, the way of practice was changed, and everyone was gradually willing to practice together. Finally, with everyone's efforts, the military I got a good ranking in the singing competition and won many prizes. Everyone was very happy. I gradually learned how to be a good leader, and I could also learn from many classmates how to better lead everyone forward.

更認真學習專業科目，多多練習實操技術，讓自己更熟練，到時候在醫院實習時能夠在臨床上表現的更好。繼續努力考到其他證照，達到畢業門檻的同時增加專業領域的知識，這些證照也能夠成為將來就業的助力，在臨床上多把握實習機會，一次比一次更進步，為之後的成功做鋪墊，之後將英語能力提高，爭取能夠去其他國家實習的機會，所有實習完畢後，努力衝國考，考取護理師證照。
