(一)人格特質
我出生於苗栗卓蘭，家中有一個哥哥及一個姐姐，排行老么。父母以務農為業，坐擁在水果香氣中成長的我，。在繁雜的農耕過程中，學習到『一步一腳印』的踏實精神，從小便是個極具好奇心，不喜歡一成不變的生活與模式，勇於接受挑戰，嘗試各式各樣新穎的事物，透過不斷的嘗試學習成長。雖然興趣廣泛，但只要有鎖定特定目標，必會竭盡所能地去達成，勇於負責並追求盡善盡美，無論是做事或讀書都講求效能與效率，希望達到事半功倍的效果。
(二)求學過程
在大學期間，理論與實作並重之下，進入『生醫訊號處理研究室』，並積極參與各項比賽，此期間，學習到微控制器、Altium Designer及印刷電路板，老師身教言教總是叮嚀，『學習的過程』重要的不是名次，而是你經由參與比賽，學習到什麼』，因此對於重視的不是事情結果的好與壞，而是對於事情的處理態度，『是否認真付出努力過』，因此改變爾後我在求學與處理任何事情的思維與態度。在研究所期間，使用LabVIEW及Multisim模擬軟體及統計軟體SPSS來完成論文。
(三)工作經歷
役畢後，投入財團法人鞋類暨運動休閒科技研發中心，前期主要負責執行政府開發案，並協助廠商輔導申請政府計畫補助款案，並擔任計畫管理，由於過往都是從設計電路為主，並無與機構配合，較缺乏實務相關經驗，但在資深師傅的教導以及自我學習精進下，逐漸能獨當一面完成，也慢慢建立起自信與成就感，後期具有相關開發經驗，再加上遇到問題時能主動積極尋求問題原因，並與廠商溝通，因此有能力協助其他同事相關開發計畫案。
ersonality
I was born in Zhuolan, Miaoli. I have a brother and a sister, so I am the youngest child in my house. My parents are engaged in agriculture. Because of living in the friendly ambiance, I learn the spirit of diligence in the cultivated process. When I was young, I was equipped with curiosity. I hate tedious life, so I like to challenge difficulties and try new things. I learn a lot through dealing with problems. Once I have a target, I will do my best to achieve. I am responsible for my job. Whether doing something or studying, I emphasize on efficiency and yield twice the result with half the effort.
During school, I knew instructor Zhang at the dormitory and learned about being a good person. Due to his careful teaching, I know that I should be a good person before doing everything. Before graduating, he gave me two words:contentment, gratitude. Since then I regard it as my motto and remember forever.
University period
At university , I joined the labaoratory of professor,Lin Jiun-Hung. Through theory and practical operation, I participated in many contests. At that time, I learned about microcontroller, Altium Designer and printed circuit board. The teacher always told us that the most important thing is not the rank but what you learn. I also learned about the attitude to deal with problems. These changed my mind on studying and handling every thing. During institute, Iused LabVIEW, Multisin and SPSS to complete my paper. When I was in the university , I work hard for contests. However, I learned to look for information and made my theory reasonable. I think that is the difference between university and institute.
